Default Dont Buy Tarot Products On Banggood - Brushless Motor TL450MX Bad experience

Banggood uses lots of different vendors who sell their products on Banggood.com, almost as on ebay.. My experience is very mixed, some good, some really bad.. And her is the worst one:

Buyed my second Tarot 450MX from Banggood becouse i really liked the first one, but after i got it i had to wait some weeks waiting for more parts from Banggood ( they are not fast) So after testing after some weeks, the Tarot 450MX was just shaking. I send them a video and product id etc etc. Then when reply come from their Tarot Vendor they told Warrenty Expired..

So my experience with the slow Banggood delivery and a vendor who try be smart to save a few $$ is now just bad. Long delivery time and a vendor who cutting warrenty time is not what i want !!!

I had a single BangGood experience, and will never, ever use them again.

I ordered from them as I couldn't find a ZYX-S gyro anywhere else. They sent me a "ZYX" (not -S). I took pictures and explained that the non "-S" was useless to me, as I connect them all by SBUS (ZYX-S supports SBUS, ZYX does not) so they were not at all the same. After much frustrating back and forth I got them to refund $20 of my $45 dollars, and decided to never buy anything from them again. Even Hobby King would have exchanged it or given me full refund.

I only buy cheap stuff that I don't care too much about, like breakaway servo arms and Tarot gears, feathering shafts, etc.

Banggood slow delivery time is expected. This is because they are not like HobbyKing who has their own warehouse. Banggood is similar to "middle man". They pass on orders to vendors/stores in China. Then these vendors ship your orders to you. As we all know, shipping from China to USA is extremely slow. So shipping from these vendors or stores in China is even more extremely slow.
Banggood, has so call the USA vendors/stores. However, these vendors are not in USA, but in Canada. So it is still slow for USA vendors to ship our order to us. But it is comparable faster than China.
Recently, I ordered a 450L Gratt canopy from them. It took about 1 month to get my order from China. Since I was not in hurry, so expected slow delivery from China. However, canopy was crushed and cracked due to missing package materials in the box. Package box was a bit crushed. Canopy was deformed badly and had a 3mm crack. I emailed pictures to their customer service and then online chat with them. They asked me either refund or replacement canopy. I chose the replacement canopy option. I also told them to put a right amount of packing material to prevent canopy from crushed/damage again.
If this replacement is still crushed, I will ask for refund. I did not have issue with their customer service.
I buy stuffs from them due to their pricing. So far, all the products I bought from them are good quality; no issue yet ... Keep my fingers crossed.

Yah tarots gears are actually really good in my expierence. Alot smoother running than the align black ones at half the cost.
