Very, very impressive flying David!

Dave! I was wondering WHY I wanted another 6HV, but now I know why. Nice flight BTW.

Looks nice. I see you went with the RC Booya quick-release mounts too.

Yes, thanks to the advise i've read here
Though the canopy is a bit hard to set up with those mounts, it's really a tight fit (as the whole heli does actually ^^)

That's pretty damn interesting!!! Have you flown it yet? What pinion, what RPM? Do you use governer? What is the difference in performance if compare to stock motor?

Yes I have flown it, I am running 10T pinion.. The scorpion has more power when running 10T than the stock motor does when running 11T.. I get about 2300-2400 head speed

Yes Brian, I am trying this tail grip configuration

I only saw one picture of a 6HV side by side with a Trex600... I would be interrested to see more angle to get a better idea of the size of the 6HV... anybody has the two birds and would like to share the pictures?

Thanks

Rickydou

Was that really the first flight, or just one during your maiden flying session? If that was the very first flight... very nice and brave! Good flying.

You are right, maiden flying session. First two packs were dialing it in and this was the third pack.

Very nice cano.
I very much like the one in your signature too. Reminds me of a Koru.
