Default Mounting the belt on a 450s

I have mounted the tail section on the 450s and have the belt pulled through the boom but I cant figure out how to get it on the gear in the frame. It does not seem to be long enough. I am thinking that there must be some sort of adjustment that I could losen to get the belt over the gear and then adjust tightness from there. The lack of ANY instructions in the manual makes me want to

Hi Butthead.

I had the same problem at first but you can easily fix that. Your problem is, that the tail boom isn't fully pushed into the tail mount. I couldn't believe it myself but it is like this^^.

Don't mind if it goes a bit hard at first.

Thats the trick. I am always a little leary to use any muscle on things this small. Being 6'5", 275 lbs I sometimes over do it and SNAP. Thanks again.

hrhr i also thought it could brake, if i pressed it in too hard^_^

But well my tail boom fits now . Just try not to press too hard.

Put it a bit further in so that you can put the belt over the gear easily. After you have done this pull the boom a bit outside untill your belt fits tight but not too tight^^

Greets Jürgen.

On mine I loosened the 4 bolts on the boom mount / back of the frame to help me get the boom in, then when it was in i just re-tightened....
