Default brushless motor and devo question...

can anyone tell me.... is there any changes i should have made with my devo6 settings when i installed my brushless kit that would help with the tail blowouts? i know about the mcpx tail rotor, and extending the boom... was more wondering if there was radio/ gyro gain settings i should be changing as well.... i have a small amount of throttle to rudder in the program mix, just to offset that nose left drift that always seem to happen... any thoughts?

I am not sure if this would work but have you tried to increase your gyro settings at all?

adjusting the gyro settings definitely helped a bit!!! the tail still blows out a bit if i start to push it a bit...am hoping extending the boom and a different tail rotor will fix that last little bit!!! (looks out the window and checks for the postman)

That HP05 has a lot of torque. Adjusting your throttle curve down may help. I use the WK 2801 PRO with 5 point curves. This tames it down a bit. You have 7 point curves... Sweeeeet!
