Flying my Rave 635

Out flying my Rave 635 today. It flies beautiful.......too much fun. Our fun fly...blue sky and no wind. Still one of the nicest flying Helis.

Not so lucky today. High wind and thunder. Was flying my Rave 700 for a while and it handles the wind very well. But defiantly not as much fun as yesterday.

Winter now....cold...so not getting any flying in. I have all my gyro and Rx taken off my Helis and sold. I am now slowly converting my whole fleet to VBar Neo / VControl.

Lots of room on the Rave 635. Shouldn't be a issue converting it. I am having issues with the U/I sensors. So hopefully I get this figured out by the time I get to the 635. It's hard converting everything when you can't actually get some proper test flights in.

Is a 15C battery ok to run my servos? My others are 25 or 35, just happens the Mh size I want is a 15C.

What brand battery and how many MAH is it.

I use 2550 or 3300 on the others but they are 25C and 35C. I did not know if the 15C would have enough guts.

Pulse or Hyperion. I have a couple of each.

What battery and size do you use for your servo's?

I have been using Hyperion 2550, 3300 or 4000 2S. I would like to scale down just a bit for weight as they go bad. 2550 seems to be a good size but I don't want to go to small.

I wouldn't worry about the 15C battery. The 2550 mah battery is good for 38 amps. 2550/1000*15=38.25 amps.
