Which swash type do i choose on the dx6i, 1 Servo, 90deg, or the other one?

The other one, 120 degrees.

is this for a fbl unit ?? If so most fbl units require 1 servo but if this is going to be used with a standard tail gyro then yes it would be 120

Agreed! One the fbl systems they need to control the program for the cyclics instead of the DX6i. So by picking the 1servo setting you allow the fbl unit to mix the cyclic control. But with simple flybars the DX6i must mix the cyclics so the 120 setting is correct.
