AR7200BX do i need usb or not?

im buying a ar7200bx flybarless controller/receiver combo soon for a new build im doing, don't know much about the beast x other then it gets plenty of good reviews on here

when i buy it - should i get the BXA76007 beast x usb or don't i need it?

I am very novice and set one up on a 450 this weekend without a cable. I actually flew it too. :-)

Yep. You just follow the lights and can make changes very quickly. BeastX: So easy a caveman can do it.

I have the BeastX link cable that I used once to update the BeastX link. AFAIK it works with the 7200BX, never used with it though.

Just setup a AR7200 BX in my Gasser Whiplash no USB interface needed.

Just remember, there are two control menus, one where the LEDs are solid (A - N) and the one where the LED flashes (A-H)

If you goggle AR7200BX set up video, you will find a great video that A Main Hobbys did.

It is needed only to update or use the software. Not a necessity.
