The gasoline is going to eat through and melt that nitro fuel line in about 5 minutes and you are risking a major fire hazard using a NITRO ONLY fuel pump.

Electric gas fuel pumps are usually very costly which is why most of us stick with manual. You need to get rid of that pump and swap out your lines with Tygon.

This is a disaster waiting.

Any hand crank pump will work. Just note the specs from the manufacturer, but most hand crank fuel pumps say gas or glow.

For instance, this one indicates for Gas and Glow:
http://grandrc.com/p17501/Ultra-Fuel...duct_info.html

But this one specifically says for nitro only:
http://grandrc.com/p17500/Manual-Fue...duct_info.html

Just have to be careful and get the right one.

But I am confuse about the Tygon line, I do not know what size will be the correctly betwin this ones : 1/8, 3/32, 5/32 I all ready have a 5mm Gas RJX Line but the inside diameter is to little and I can't used on the fitting and on the fuel pump, maybe will work on my Gasser, please let me know the right size for the fuel pump & fittings

yes, the six shooter will work. And you can use 1/8 tygon. You can also use cheaper non tygon line like the stuff sold by Daves. It is cheaper but not quite as flexible. But again...it is way cheaper.

I am waiting for some vibration gel for the electronics and next I will take my Gasser to my friend Sana for the VBAR set up, he know a lot of Electric & Nitro but I believe we don't know a lot about Zenoah Engine (G270RC).

I am wondering what HP do you suggest we need to star for my 800mm MB:

Head Speed:

Normal- ?
Idle 1- ?
Idle 2- ?

Throttle Curve:

Normal- ?
Idle 1- ?
Idle 2- ?

I read that the Nitro Curve is not the same from the Gasser Curve, let me know some suggestion and will star from there !
