Default Parallel charging

I am flying 300mah batteries for around 4.30 min and normally have around 3.8V left but often vary between 3.7V and 3.9V is there a problem parallel charging with this V difference between cells or what's the acceptable difference?

I typically try and charge batteries with no more then .100v *difference. If I have some batteries that have a greater difference I'll plug them into my parallel cable and let them sit for about 10 mins. After that all the battiers are same voltage.

Good advice Stang. I would tend to do the same and charge them slower(1C or less per cell)
to give the cells time for there voltages to equalize with one another.
