Default Titan X50 TT & fly bar

Just finished building a TT Titan X 50 Fly Bar head. Now when I set the blade pitch, the swash goes UP for down pitch & Down for up. Did I make a mistake in the head build or is this the right way it's supposed to work? The blade control is on the leading edge, I'm sure I followed the manual,
