Has anyone seen a Mini CP act like this?

I had a Mini CP flying just fine when I put it on the shelf about a year ago. The other day, I felt like flying around in the house a bit,.. however, it now seems to me that the flight controller board is cooked(ie:Gyro?)

First thing I noticed, was that the ele control was not working. I had a few xtras, so first thing, I tried a couple other servos,.. all acted the same. I realized that the servos were all working correctly, as pitch went up and down fine,.. ail control was correct, only ele was not working.

When I picked up heli and leaned it, watching swash,. Ail corrected correctly, however Ele was doing whatever it felt it wanted to,.. lean heli forward,.. and swash jumps full forward,.. then jumps up and down a few times,.. full backwards,.. it totally had a mind of it's own. This leads me to believe that the Ele Gyro has pooped out,.. or something!?!?! I am imagining that the board is toast. I am just wondering if anyone else has seen this kind of strange behavior? Really strange that sitting on a shelf would cause anything to poop,.. lol!
