"appropriate charge current"

I have a Blade 120 SR that runs with a 3.7 V 500mAh Batter. The instructions with the included charger (eflite Celectra) said to "select the appropriate charge current for your battery by pushing the "+" or "-" ....When charging your 500 mAh battery set the charger to 0.7 amps.

For my first couple of battery charges that is what I set it to (0.7 amps) , however the batteries seemed a bit warm, so I lowered the charge current to 0.5 amps, (which seemed to me "appropriate"). The charging time took a bit longer but the batteries stayed cool.

I just got an mcpx with the 200mAh batteries, and the instructions for charging read the same - "When charging your 200 mAh batter set the charger to 0.7 amps".

Should I charge my 200 & 500 mAh batteries at 0.7 amps or at 0.2 & 0.5 amps respecitively ?

Set to 0.2A
0.7A is 3.5C on the MCPX pack and it definitely cannot handle it.
