Default won't stay bound

Had been working fine , now it will bind once with the procedure, but then second time off the puter, bind fails. Using OrangeX [ have 4 seem to work same] , [switched out the cables that has some wear , no diff.

whats up with that ? thanks.

Is there a chance that the OrangeX is not working correctly?

The new generation of TXs from Spek require that you have some distance between you and the heli during binding.

My DX9 behaved the same way you describe when sitting next to the heli like I had always done before. All I got was "bind failed" voice message until I moved 10-20 feet away.

I wonder why you use a cheap orangerx satellite receiver with an expensive FBL controller, such as a Skookum.... I'm not trying to open up a can of worms, but IMO, going cheap on receiver doesn't makes any sense in your setup.

I ran those orange sats for years myself back in the old 450 days with my Skookums, and never had a failure. I still have some in my parts drawers I use with certain helis that are bound to my ancient DX7.
