Anyone use it? Does it really make a differennce and is it tougher than the OEM gear?

I wondered that myself ME, seems to me, just like anything else, the more you upgrade, the next weakest part will fail worse.....Thats just my opinion.

I've heard tougher but a little noisier.

Well we are going to find out because I have one on the way with a MH swash...

The SR could stand to be a bit louder anyway

I have one on my SR and it is indeed loader but in a good way. I also have had a few minor hard landings and one tip over ground blade strike and all is good. I don't have a scientific strength comparison but I feel is is more durable.

i have installed on an SR and CP Pro2. i can confirm that it is louder that the stock gear but the SR is quite a bit louder than the CP pro2 with same motor and ESC. (double checked the gear mesh too) i is definitely more durable as i've had a couple blade strikes and the stock gear would have lost some teeth but the delrin one was fine. i would not run out and upgrade but if you need to replace the gear then it's a worth doing. just my 2 cents.
