Goblin 500 Build Videos

Ok Helifreaks, I am going to do build videos on my new Goblin 500 kit. These videos will cover each step of the manual. Bag by bag. Some of my first heli's were built with the help of the Finless Bob build vids. I'm hoping to be able to do half as good a job as Finless. The first video is uploading to youtube now. It will be the preverbal unboxing video, then I will follow that up over the next week with others covering each step of the manual. Keep an eye out in this thread. All comments will be welcome.

Ok guys, Chapter 5 of my Goblin 500 build is posted to the first post. I have gotten a couple of pm's from people asking why I'm doing a build video series when Bert/SAB has already done them. I'm not trying to out do them with my build or anything like that. It is just a consumer perspective building the 500 for the first time instead of the manufacturer/pro pilot perspective who has built a number of 500 kits. I am building it for the first time just like you would be doing and commenting on things that may cause someone trouble. Also noting any problems that may occur along the way.

Please feel free to comment or ask questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability.

What about the motor assembly of a scorpion 4020-1350 and the mods required to make it fit perfectly ?

Great vids, I like Bert's videos as well, but you cover aspects for the non pros. I like the close ups as well, very helpful

Not sure if there is anything special one needs to do with the scorpion motor for installation. I myself will be running the Quantum 4120-1200 witch should be here Friday. I will be sure to get video of the install of the motor as well as servo install when I get those.

No problem. Hopefully it can help people with there builds. Like I said earlier, I used build vids when I first started into helis to help with my builds and just trying to pay it forward.
