Throw in another $34.00 for CF main blades and you're so close to $350.00 At that point just buy a 450X outright and keep the FB as a spare.
That's my plan. Jake

So I am better off to sell my 450 fb for about $200.00 and then buy this. It may be cheaper.

If you had a bad crash and needed many of the head parts and blades anyway, a conversion may make good sense.... step by step.
Of course buying part by part is never going to have the same value as buying the whole.... Try buying a Lexus part by part. Have Fun, David

Makes me feel a lot more comfortable going FBL. At least you know the parts will fit.

David, do you know if main shaft diameter is same as B450 3D? That way i don't have to replace my bearings..

Scrapped the 3gx from my 600e Pro for a BX. I plan on giving the 3gx one last shot on my 450 x conversion... Saves a ton of money.

AR7200BX 7CH DSMX Flybarless Control System

So, if it's like a normal microbeast, I can just use it like a tail gyro like a normal microbeast on a flybarred bird? Also now, a difficult question: how would you compare this if used as a receiver + tail gyro combo to the current flybarred blade 450 tail gyro? Just exploring options and confirming what I am assuming. Might go for a slower upgrade. Also to be honest, have been thinking a lot. Would probably want to keep my current flybarred bird, if it's definitely a better tail and saves weight, and leaves the option open for FBL conversion, I might consider buying the unit for it

Wow, you're right...
Forgot that you need digital servos.. I guess i might have to give the stockers a run while i wait on the spektrum digitals. That's the route i want to try.. |

Are the new digital servos a requirement, or will the beastx work with the stock servos?

Ds76 are fine with beastx
200hz cyclic 270hz tail. T Ds75h would be like 50hz and not working real well. (b400)
