WHO WE ARE:

Welcome to the NATIONAL HOBBIES Vendor Support Forum, please allow us to introduce ourselves!

National Hobbies is a fresh, new Hobby Shop designed by Hobbyists, for Hobbyists, based in the Phoenix-Metropolitan area. We currently have two stores, one in East Mesa and the other in Chandler. If you’re ever in the area, please stop by and introduce yourself!

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT???

National Hobbies opened officially in December, 2009. We came into the local hobby scene with a simple goal: be “THAT” hobby shop that you and your friends WANT to go to! To get to that point, we’ve realized there are several key factors that MUST be kept up.

INVENTORY is self explanatory… Carry the things that people want, and LOTS of it!!!

Most modern hobby shops have a cookie-cutter selection of products, all from the same distributors, from East coast to West coast. We’ve got all those products, but we take it even further by stocking products you will not see anywhere else! Because we’re modelers too, we do our best to get our hands on the coolest stuff we can find. Some of the items you’ll see in our shop probably haven’t been on a Hobby Shop shelf for many years!

CUSTOMER SERVICE is what we’re known for around our hometown R/C fields. We take on only the most personable, and knowledgeable staff that can help you get through the trickiest of your R/C woes in an honest, practical, and productive manner. Our Customers are often amazed how far we’ll go to make sure they’re absolutely satisfied with their purchases… and even better yet, many of them become more than just Customers; they become Flying Field / Track buddies!

NATIONAL HOBBIES DEMONSTRATION TEAM. Our Demo Team is a Team unlike any other out there. We are always on the edge, testing new products, pushing them to their extreme (sometimes beyond…) and giving honest, impartial reviews to our fellow modelers. Our Field Representatives, just like our Shop Employees, are also very personable, approachable, and experts in their fields! You’ll never see National Hobbies Team members segregated from the rest, only paying attention to themselves… You will however see them actively supporting and mixing it up with fellow modelers!
