Futaba T8J not binding

Hello,
Just received my transmitter and a new receiver. Here comes the problem where i cannot bind to the receiver. After several of testing, i come with a summary. My RX is working flawlessly and able to bind with others members T8J, and the problem is my futaba T8J.

One thing i realize that my upper right screen, incase you notice there's a small icon indicating signal output. Normally the output signal logo should be static, but with my transmitter, it seems blinking.

Since i am not in North America, from Asia country. As you know asia country where after sales support is really bad. By emailing to Futaba Official Email and they divert me to other distributor without any Solutions for me.
