Default Thinking about converting

Does or can anyone give me any good thoughts or reasons on converting to electric? I have a 700N, 600EFL Pro, 500ESP, 450 Sport, MSR and MCPX for the fleet. I really like the sound and speed of what the 700E from what I have seen. Could someone help me with this? Any thoughts or advice would be helpful. Or should I just buy another after I save up?

The conversions are a great and economical way to go electric. I flew one for a couple of years and it flew extremely well. If you are interested I have the frames from my nitro that was converted to electric. It uses the Helidirect conversion and has the silver carbon RJX frames. (The silver frames look sweet) It will include all the bearing blocks, linkages, 2 motor mounts so you can use Scorpion or Kontronik /Align motors. I'll also throw in matching silver RJX fins as well and a main shaft. I replaced the screws with the quik UK screws that have the nice aluminum pieces. The only things you'll need are the head, one way/gears,tail section and landing gear. I even have a couple of canopies if you are interested in them. One is yellow Canomod Striker V2 with only a few blemishes on it and one is a silver Canomod Striker V1 it is in OK shape but has one light crash on it. I'd like to get $100 shipped for the frames and accesories. If you want the canopies I'll let everything go for $150 shipped. Let me know if you are interested. I can send pics. This setup flew great and has a custom rear battery mount that gets the rear battery up high. It will fit the big Turnigy 5000 packs but flies really nice on 4000s too.

I fly a conversion converted to 800 and its a beast. Its very simple and straightforward, clean and powerful. I actually have almost enough extra KDE parts to make another conversion including an aluminum rx mount for the nose which costs over $100 and is new. If your looking for any parts including pinion supports, KDE thrusted bearing blocks or whatever if you plan on converting shoot me a PM. Here is a pic of mine with no lid.
