Default Rpm setup through 14SG?

I run vbar gov and would love to be able to adjust or even see my head speeds in the governor screen like what is available with the cgy750.

I am setting up the brain 2 now with telemetry and wondering it this type of setup would be possible with that governor as well.

I know I had it set up with my old 14mz and GV1, but not with my feedback electric governors.

After all isn't the gov setting in the transmitter sending a flat throttle curve ultimately ?

If the Brain2 transmits back the realtime headspeed over telemetry than you should be able to adjust your throttle curve to attain your desired headspeed.
The heli governor function of Futaba transmitters defaults to channel 7 and I have not seen a third party yet setup their governors to work like the CGY or GV1 and use channel 7.
So far all of them set their governed headspeed based on the throttle output of channel 3.
When I flew Vbar with Futaba I would power on the Vbar without the ESC powered. Connect to the Vbar with my computer either via Bluetooth or USB and adjust the throttle curve in my TX to get the desired headspeed as displayed in the Vbar application.

Hope this helps and happy flying.

Sure telemetry will tell you what it is but you can't change it the same as a throttle curve or gov setting in tx.

With vbar you can change it by throttle curves but don't know exact speeds without computer.
Brain needs bluetooth or computer to change rpms .

I tried to do a gov mix but it seems to output on a different axis . Didn't make sense. May try some more when time permits.
