Just curious if you can use the balance blug to run other electornics?

I know, it'll drain different cells at at different rate, but I was thinking for driving LED's, where the mAh consumption is small.

I'd like to run some LED's (not a full night flying rig) off the main flight pack (cell count doesn't really matter) off of just two cells on the pack and not have to run a seperate pack just for the LED's.

If this can be done, how would I wire up a plug to use just two cells off of a 5 or 6 cell pack?

Just curious.

you could do this, you would be better running things from your BEC though.

If you do decide to do this make sure you run from cell 1 and 2, as you would connect a BEC to one 6S pack in a 12S setup.
