Need some help shopping :-)

Well my dx6i crapped out on me and shorted itself internally while I was flying my 450 pro v2. That didnt end well. I have been looking at the dx8 and am wondering if I am better off just buying the tx only version, or the whole enchilada? I am running ar6200's with sats on both birds.

any thoughts?

No good asking me, well maybe it is.

Get the best radio you can afford before you spend one more cent on anything else.

If you can afford to just get a DX18, if that is too much then get a DX8, if that is too much then get a DX7s.

It will the best money you will spend, the more you spend the longer it will last you.

Went and bought a dx8 and absolutely cannot believe I flew with my dx6i as long as I did! Haha
