Default Blade 450 3d blows out in reverse

Anytime I try to do fast backwards the tail spins out, Does the stock gyro suck? Or is this just an adjustment I need to make? It holds fine in forward, for example if I throw it vertical going backwards and try to do a backwards flip it spins and I lose it for a second. Any other blade 450 guys have this problem?

Also, I have carbon main and tail blades, but it did it with the stock tail blades too

Are you stick banging and bogging down the motor?
How well does the tail hold in pitch pumps?

Tail holds perfect in pitch pumps, if I fly backwards slow its fine but if I try to go anything more then slow it spins around

I'd still check the integrity of the tail drive, belt , gears, teeth..

Then the setup, where the slider is centered, throw.

I don't think it's the gyro, sounds like it's trying to cope and something gives...

I'd suspect the mechanics, setup or tail servo first, but you can try by swapping and seeing.
