Unhappy Why?

Hello all, today i opened up Phoenix,as soon as i took the helicopter off the ground i felt that something was different. The stick has at least half a second lag...everything is twitchy its so bad that i had to move the quality from high to low It was working just fine yesterday Is it the FPS issue or is something with my computer wrong?I didnt install any new programs,i have plenty of disk space due to re-installing Windows7.Why is this happening?

using the same model on your tx? and if it ever feels off the best thing to do is just recalibrate the controller in game
i use 2 models, simheli and simplane and every time i switch back and forth between the 2 on the transmitter i have to recalibrate because the settings are different for each model

Did you make sure the throttle was centered, when it was supposed to be at the start of the cal.

I FIXED IT!!!
I followed a set-up video for phoenix.I tried it,it didnt work...Then i thought maybe its because the guy didnt do anything with the pitch curves...I followed this guide for the pitch curves http://ironcreek.net/dx6i/
recalibrated the tx and now its working... I recalibrated the tx over 20 times already, but i figured it out

I had a strange throttle situation earlier when selecting helicopter model. I had to recalibrate it in advanced mode in which it sets it up for CCPM. I also had to inverse one of the controles. Now helicopter works perfectly.
If you do normal calibration, helicopters tend to misbehave.
