Default Get your bolts order in time

It's funny I was listening to the episode a few weeks ago when you guys talked about ordering parts and bolts, and I had just placed a larger order to restock all the 12.9 grade bolts and nuts I need for the new year. This time I used bolt depot and fastenal. Even if sometimes it's cheaper, ordering 100's of the same from McMaster does not chime with me.

Where do everyone else order from?

And when everything is sorted it does not look like a $100:

Boltdepot is my go to. Custom quantities and cheap prices for good hardware. Heat shrink and cable sleeve from Mcmaster.

I just received a large order from Bolt Depot. I've previously ordered from McMaster-Carr and RC Screws (bleh!).

I have to say Bolt Depot is going to be getting all my orders from now on. Each different screw was packaged in a nicely labeled heavy duty ziplock bag with a photo and description on it and a part # for re-ordering.

It saved me the trouble of having to transfer everything to separate baggies and made it a lot easier to keep it all organized! Good job Bolt Depot!!

I agree it looks like they are stepping up their game. I ordered from them a good while ago and the shipment was not well organized and was not even too cheap. With my recent order from them I was very happy.

McMaster-Carr is my go to for metric hardware. If they don't have it I check the other industrial supply houses.

They do have most of everything and also great prices, but I find 100pcs bags too much when I need to stock up with 30 different bolts and I can only buy bulk it'd be a $200-$300 expense. If anyone was willing to jump in for a group order and split the costs I'd be very interested in the future.
