Default Still not pitch pumping proper

New batteries, new motor and lubed everything, new main shaft and gear. Zero pitch at mid stick but still having a hard time doing 3D with out waiting every flip for altitude. When inverted I get faster pumps, but lifting off the ground or even trying to pitch pump it takes forever to get even 10 feet off the ground. But give it negative pitch it drops like a rocket. I've run out of ideas anyone else have this problem? I get even pitch measuring the blades at full positive and full negative. I'm ready to give up and go bl but feel this bird should be performing better than it is.

One thing it might be its all the mh upgrades, swash, blade grips and hub. Is my bird too heavy?

Weighed a fully "blinged" out MH bird and it weighed 50g compared to my stock 47g. Should not be a big deal. The one thing that I've noticed is that you do have to drop the swash connecting rods by two or three turns after installing a MH swashplate in order to regain positive pitch much like the stock setup.

Interesting , I guess everyone of these heli is a bit different. I replace stock swash with a Red 112 MH swash and my zero at mid sticmk did not change at all , weel atleast not that I can tell but looks or how it flys. It is a lot more responcive to inputs with all of the slop gone and it no longer porpoises in FFF . The Elev. swash ball was worn so bad that it is a wonder that the link even stayed on it.

what blades are you running, and have you weigh it, would guess it is heavy this is a stock brushed heli?

Do not really want to argue but if they flew the same you have a problem with your stock baldes. The KBDD do not provide near the thrust / lift of the E Flite / Blade main baldes and the KBDD rear / rotor bldes are even worse that thier mains.

Then that is only mine ,my son's and numerious others who have flown both brands enough flights to be able to see the difference. I will give credit to KBDD on a couple of points. THey have the brighest colors and they track the best if the feathing shaft is slightly bent.

Sorry for the confusion but I mean no difference in the problem I'm trying to diagnose. Yes the stock blades fly better. I'm having a problem with it snapping up in the air. Both blades stock and kbdd dont give me altitude fast.

Default Hi

Take a look in the travel adjust menu. I don't have a DX7 but there must be arrows indicating stick direction like on a DX6i.

Just in case, Take a look and make sure that you have 75 both ways in the pitch menu.
collective full up and full down. 75 below mid stick and 75 above mid stick position.
Just maybe it got missed in setup.
