What's your favorite heli on Phoenix?

Everytime I practice on the sim my default heli is a Trex 600n. For some reason that bird is my favorite bird to fly. Once in a way I try other helis, and they do have their own feel to it. But I prefered the trex600n for all of my new tricks and move.

What's yours?

I like to fly just about every heli in Phoenix but my favorite is the Trex 500 just because that is what I plan to get for a first heli hopefully this spring.

I fly the Blade SR, simply because that is what I own in real life. But I do try out other heli's as well.

The Avant Aurora is my fave. I have it tweaked to the feel of my 90 and 50 nitro helis.

To me, I find a helicopter that fits my style of flying, and is easy to see. There are tons of helis on the sim that I do fly, but nothing is more relaxing then the trex600n.

Another for 600n, well the 3g version. I started using it to get a feel for the real one. Since I sold the 600n, I've tried other models in Phoenix. Some how I always end up flying the 600n over and over again in Phoenix.

mainly fly the velocity 50 but quite like the knight3D as well

Vibe 90SG, with the Avant as a close second. In the sports hall I like the 450 Pro 3G and the Logo 500SE. I've also got an EC-135 setup for mild 3D, calm me a radical but I really liked Kyle Dahl's 3D flight with the scale M500(ish) heli, and it's fun rolling backwards onto the tail rotor housing.

In sim? CYE Rave 450, hands down.

I've tried not to rely on any one heli too much in sim, since none of them match RL perfectly, but of what's available in Phoenix my favorite has been the Rave, set either to normal or passive FBL, and with the realism slider moved up to 100.

Oddly enough in Phoenix it always seems the larger the heli, the more tendency it has to pull forward rather than right. Since I've never flown anything bigger than a 450 size I have no idea if that's realistic or not...

Same here. I've flown all of them and the trex600n 3G is also what I fly. I find it smooth and the speed and maneuver is just right.

I just got Phoenix today and I've only flown around 20 of the helis and I think the Avant Aurora Ulitmate .90 is my favorite so far. It handles piro-flips beautifully.

I own two Outrage 550's so thats the only one I use on the sim. And I took my time to tweak the phoenix O550 to fly exactly like mine. I even use my own canopy and own sampled sound. It REALLY is nice now... really helping.

i REALLY like the 550 3G but use the 500 more often since thats what i fly
