Default Tail wont hold at all !!??

My old msr has been on the bench for over a year, finally got around to buying a new tail to fix it. The problem is that it wont stop spinning when throttle is increased and the new tail did not fix that. Has this happened to anyone? Would the mother board be faulty?

Is the tail rotor turning? Is the tail rotor on backwards?

If I understand you correctly, the tail holds fine while hovering, but blows out when you increase throttle.

If this is the case, your main motor may be worn out. A worn out motor will take more amps, effectively starving the tail motor. Another cause could be the year old batteries just aren't supplying enough power to run both motors.

A spare motor is a good thing to have as the main motor will eventually die, and a spare battery is a good thing to have as you can fly more. I don't know if you have easy access to motors and batteries but if you need to order parts I would just get both.

If I have misunderstood your post, and the heli spins even while hovering, you may have your tail motor plugged in backwards.

my bats might be the cause. Right now i can hover it but it requires alot (almost all) of right rudder and some down elevator.

Is your swash anti rotation pin in between the hold on the frame?

Have you ever used the swash alignment tool that comes with the kit?
