Hit or miss, I've had some that have blown apart totaling my heli. And others I never even used because the build was visually so horrible.
However I have had luck with a bunch as well.

If you're just hovering, what's wrong with woodies? Theyre dirt cheap.

i read the reviews on helidirects website. seems like a mixed bag to me. as long as you are just hovering, the wood ones will probably be ok, but you have to make sure that the shrink wrap is intact with no holes. also, you will have to glue the roots on and that entails trimming yhr shrink wrap around where the root will be glued. they will have to be balanced as well. but they are ver cheap.

the mavrikk ones i use on my raptor 30 are $49 bucks at heliproz, when you transition out of hovering around. http://www.heliproz.com/prodinfo.asp?number=802100
