Default setup question: servos are aligned and then go way off

Hi everyone

I am setting up a new vbar neo with a futaba 12fg for a nitro machine. When I am going through the setup sequence, everything goes smoothly through the centering portion of the setup. On the tab before the collective tab, the software asks me to center the servos and ensure swashplate is level. Everything is aligned as requested, bit when I go to the collective tab (next stp in the setup process), the servos go off of alignment. They are moving with the right travel, etc but the swashplate is completely out of alignment. Can someone tell me how I may be able to fix this issue?

Thx!
Andy

You have any pitch curves set in your radio?

Out of alignment, does this means not level any more or just not on zero collective any more?

Check hover pitch in normal mode. On my 8fg and 14sg hover pitch is enabled for normal mode by default.

The swashplate actually becomes angled and the servos appear to be way out of alignment. It goes from a flat swash to a severe tilt. I dont know what could cause this. I checked all the radio settings. I actually created a new model and tried again. But it appears to be doing the same thing

Make sure you don't have any aileron or elevator trim set.
