Default Best drone for light DSLR

Hi everybody. I'd like to get opinions what the best multi rotor setup is to lift a T3i with kit lens. Purpose of the project is aerial video from distance. I do prefer multi rotor over CCPM for this project.

A Mikrokopter with GPS hold etc to lift the camera for 20 minutes is around $4000.

Are there cheaper alternatives that are reliable and easy to find parts for?

Cheap and reliable don't often go hand-in-hand in Aerial Photography.

CNC Heli has a new frame which should carry it - you'll still need a mount and work out the electronics and motors.
