Default how puffed is too puffed?

This is one of a set that I fly in my T700. They are 6s Align 5000mAhs.
I recently crashed it and this was the battery at the front. I don't know if it started puffing from the crash or if it had been like that and I never noticed because it stayed strapped to a tray.
The other pack from the set has no noticeable puff and feels hard compared to the sponginess of this one.
Is it still ok to fly it with the other pack or should I call it done? The pictures don't really show it all that well but it's very noticeable when you actually hold it and look at it.

If it were a 3s 1800mah I would say you're good. Since that battery is probably going in large heli I would replace it.

I would charge to storage.. accurately measure the 6 cells... let it sit a couple weeks... and see if any cells drop? Doesn't seem that bad to me.

Thanks all. I've let it sit at storage for 6 days now and if the cells dropped at all it was only by 0.05v

Don't bother measuring IR until at least 10 cycles.

Cheers...seems ordinary for a new pack....i will cycle a few more times and see if it improves.
I have a brand new Pulse same size and it measures about 2-5 m ohms per cell which is where i think it should be right.....

The other thing to remember is the smaller mah packs also have higher IR values too. I wouldn't worry about the IR value until after about ten cycles.
