I have a 500mx motor with a 75a ice castle on my 500. What setting should I input on fixed hell??right now I have it at 12 PWM and mid timing.
Timing ?
PWM ?

I have the same setup as you. I went with mid timing. What pinion you running? I believe the PWM is stock at 12.

12t. the motor get hot after 4min of mix mid and hard flying.

I am really confused. I don't see how you are doing hard flying with a 12T pinion. That is only a 2368 ungoverned. Governed would probably be in the 2250 range. That is way too low for a 500. Also what size battery you running? You should be running something along the lines of a 14t pinion. Also are you using the governor?
