That's exactly how I run mine. Its so smooth that a steady breeze can turn the rotor blades if you hold the heli by the skids into the wind.

I think I really like this helicopter so far....I do wish it ran 335's or 350's though.

I would imagine it can run 335's, my 450 didn't have any issue running them. Couldn't say for sure if it would work with 350's though. According to Lynx's site their 350s will work on unstretched 450s but I don't know that if trust it necessarily. This is why I upgraded to the Warp. Rather than dealing with mods and stretch parts that aren't easily found I figured it would be best to just get a heli designed to fly the setup I like (6S and 350mm blades). I was gonna wait to see how the Goblin 450 panned out and if they made it around 6S and 350s but it's still not out and then there's the wait for the first run issues to be resolved. I'm sure this will be a good kit, though all of their stuff seems overpriced in my opinion.

Anyone know what ESC it comes with?

Normally they use Hobbywing. This looks different.

Found a pretty good X3 gallery on Flying-Hobby's website:

http://blog.flying-hobby.com/rc-news/gaui-release-x3-today

Anyone know what the typical bolt spacing is on a 450? I think you could fit some of the longer 6s 450 packs with no clearance issues. They are not all the brick pack variety.

Lets try some hotlinks:

Is it the camera angle, or does it look big for a 450?

I think I drained the old coin purse yesterday with the HeliCommand.
Need to recoup, maybe if my listed heli's sell though.

The gaui models are very nice. If we can't comment on a picture with Ladies what's left in this world

From everything I've read, the Warp is definitely in the give it a bit more time to mature category. They are still shipping kits without all the fixes. I think I'd wait until the end of the year before I'd go near one, but that's just me.

I almost spit my coffee up when I read this post. I doubt Guai randomly selected 3 slim, fairly attractive women and dressed them in miniskirts, knee high leather boots, baring their belly buttons, made up, and with red lip stick because they did *not* want their mostly male customer base to take note. It is merely a coincidence that none of the models are overweight middle aged balding guys.

Don't think so, and even if you did get a kit without the updates they'd send them to you for free. I just bought my kit and it had everything except the just released and unannounced single brace that connects the motor mount to the guide pulley mount which isn't even necessary if you just pay a little attention during the build to keep them aligned. Any serious issues (which there weren't many of anyway) have been long since addressed. I've been watching the Warp since its release and I defiitely had no hesitation about my decision to finally pull the trigger. A lot of problems that stem up are from built error/oversight, not manufacturing related.

I saw two attractive models. If you think the dude is attractive... well, to each his own, but I don't want to see his belly button, even if he's not fat and bald. ;-)

I think this is the pic he was referring to:

Did you have any thoughts about the helicopter?
