Converting FB to FBL: What's involved with 45o Pro?

Craigslist has a 450 Pro for a pretty decent price, but it's flybarred, and I would like to convert to FBL. Can anyone give me some general guidance as to what I would be getting myself into? Presumably a new head and of course a FBL gyro. What else?

Unless it's under $100, I'd skip it. You can find clean dfc 450s for under $200 that are bind and fly.

I think I'm definitely leaning towards a new 470LP Super Combo. $370 out the door...can't really beat it.
