The term "budget" related to servos can mean different things to different people. Atating a price range would help a lot more to us wishing to help.

Budget defined
I guess about 60 to 80 bucks. I was thinking there was I minimum in peoples mind that they would feel safe flying a nitro bird on.

The Savox 1258TG is a very good servo for the price ( 70.00 ) and will be good right up to and including a 700 class FBL Heli . Another option that can be good is to find a good used set of Futaba 9252 servos . There are used sets of 3 being sold regularly for around 100.00 bucks . It is a gamble buying used though .

Hawk Build Cancelled
I have cancelled the Order at Century. After looking closer at the future, I think it makes more sense to save a few more $$ and build the N640N. I have shifted my efforts to FLB convert my Hirobo Sceadu 50.

Hawk Pro lives on
Great news, I was able to make a private deal on the eCCMP kit and a RJX FBL Head. Need to save up for another AR7200BX, but the Hawk FBL build is back on.

Finally
I finally got back to this. Got AR7200BX. Trying to decide where to mount it. Normally on the gyro plate on back, but the CCMP kit mounts a servo over part of the pad. Has anyone mounted the BX on it's side? It would fit on it's side.
P.S. Anyone still flying these, I have some like new parts I don't need... |
