Default icharger 306B - how to turn off?

I want to stop charging and turn off charger before batteries are fully charges. I followed directions on page 8 of manual, but it does not seem to work. At the cost of sounding stupid, how do I do this?

You push the stop button?

Or are you wanting to turn off at a specific lower voltage?

To stop charging you press "Stop". To turn off the charger you have to cut power to it, either by disconnecting it from your source or by killing power to the source. You should disconnect the battery being charged before you turn it off to be safe.

If you mean lower the termination voltage, like having the charger only charge a lipo to 4.18V per cell vs 4.20V, you need to adjust the Lipo termination voltage in the settings.

To clarify, I mean to stop charging. I know it sounds stupid.

I press the "stop" button and nothing happens! It still shows a charge is being placed into the batteries. It's NOT stopping. Weird?

Try holding it in? Make sure the button actually clicks like it is being pushed? It should stop when pressed. That said, there is nothing wrong with simply cutting power to the charger in that case. It is not like it will mess anything up or anything.
