Default Great service from Zdatum - makers of SwitchGlo Pro
I thought I'd let you all know that I bought a SwitchGlo Pro that wouldn't work and after asking set-up questions on this forum, I still couldn't get it to work so came to the conclusion it was DOA.

Sent it back to Zdatum and, no questions asked, they sent me a replacement which arrived today.

Its such a pleasure to deal with reputable suppliers. They have been nothing but helpful and they make a great product too. If your looking for an onboard glow starter its hard to go past the SwitchGlo Pro and now that I've had such great service from the company I'm an even bigger fan.

They offered to update my pushglows for free because one doesnt glow as bright, really easy to deal with, we need more companies like this
