I'm not into using that live chat or freaking Facebook, so I guess I'm just missing out.

Well the LA BBB has open a case with HobbyPartz.com on behalf of me , so we'll see where it goes or if it even goes at all.

Just wish I could find another vendor that sell the Blue Lipo batteries , any body know of one ?

They are full of it. I provided email from an order placed to get help on a gens ace that had a bad cell. They conveniently could not locate the order.

Whats to look into?
What would they ( Helifreak ) do anyway even if they were to look into it?

What it all comes down to it the person clicking on the buy button , you guys have read all the bad review on them ( HobbypPartz , XHeli , NitroPlanes , Rainden , ect ) but yet still are trying to place orders with them , WHY?

It took me one whole day to get my money back from them for the order I placed with them back on 11-21-2011 , using their "Live Chat" because that is the only way they feel comfortable dealing with anyone.
Then through doing a little investigating I found out that the majority of their employees are under the age of 25 years old , and to most younger people of that age they care very little about anything but them selves.

If you all truely want to get to this company then stop placing orders with them and tell all your friends and everyone you know in the hobby. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool if used in the right manner and as their business falls off to nothing then they will be forced to make changes and start to work on their poor customer service skills.

I never started this thread with the intent on fixing anything , but if you and others read and post the bad experiences you've had with their many company names will sooner or later it will make a difference. And it will be at that moment when this and other threads just like it have done their job.

Many thanks to all that have and will post on this thread.

Glad I found this thread. I've been trying to place an order the last couple of days and the checkout function on their website appears to be down. Looks like I'll be shopping elsewhere.
