You use the ball that comes with the link, it has a 3mm hole same as the 8mm ball. Plus a lot more plastic around it so probably stronger.

You could try to use the tail support rods and accessories of the Compass Chronos. Same tail control rod on the upper side of the boom and similar layout. But I dont know if it will fit....

thanks guys for helping me out! I just got confirmation though from Henseleit that my package with all the parts has been dispatched from germany... so my TDR will be in the air very very soon!
