Aloha Jac,

I just downloaded the new 3.5 version software that dr.M provided here http://www.0577mx.com/news_view.asp?clsid=15&id=268 and downloaded the fbl programming software, http://fbl.net.nz/ ,after that i started with a mild 3d preset and adjusted cyclic d gain to 10 as dr.m stated and just followed the rest of the setup... cant really let you know how she flies cause i havent dug out my balls from the hanger there is alot of info here https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...42434&page=129 and here http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...12179&page=270 hope this helps as i know how stressful it can be for a first fbl gyro! Good luck

Well, it is nothing special, but. . .

Mini Titan e325 V1
Savox SH-0257MG X3
GY48V Gyro - DY-1017
Align DS425M
CopterX (CX-ESC-40A)
HobbyWing Switchable U-BEC 3A 5/6V V3
Turnigy Typhoon 2215H Brushless 450-Size Heli Motor 3550kv w/13T Pinion
325mm PRO 3D CF main blade
Thunder Tiger Rotor Spacer E325 V1/V2

I really like how it went together. No hitch save I had to file the mount for the rear cyclic servo a bit. It flies really smooth. It is trying to win my heart away from the Trex PRO.

I fly mine with people with the t-rex. Most say if they had of seen my mini titan before buying they would of got a mini titan instead. I fly mine in up to 35km/hr winds and it flies like a dream.

I have a V1 purchased back in 2007.

Currently running:
hobbyking carbon blades (mains and tails)
original plastic tail box/grips etc.
NTM rotordrive 1700kv motor
turnigy tgy-306g cyclic servos
jr 3400g tail servo
flybarless head (cant remember where i got it from but it fits lol and has survived full pitch climbouts unlike the metal TT head that kept snapping feathering shafts)
align 3gx v4.0
turnigy nanotech 1300ma lipos

about 6.5 minutes sport flying with absolutely insane climbouts

Come to think of it, mine has changes a lot since 2012 when I posted...

Metal Head block - only real must have upgrade
Metal D-joint on tail - eliminated slop from plastic one wearing
KBDD 59mm tail blades - good visibility, work well, want to try 61mm Pro
KBDD Flybar paddles (front hole) - These rock! more agile AND more stable
Scorpion -10, 14t 3s - very efficient and quiet, 4s coming shortly after packs die
Maverikk 325mm G5 Pro VST - best blades so far, smooth, good pop and sound
Hs-65HBs on cyclic - nothing fancy, they get the job done
JR 3500G on tail - great servo, very fast, good center, worked well on my Protos
GY401 gyro - trickle down from Raptor but it will get job done til FBL
Futaba 8FG/7ch tx - Best value radio out there
Gorilla Gear - indestructible and high visibility
Align 35X ESC - work horse, will need SBEC for 4s tho and demanding servos
Blue Lipo 2200 3s - can't beat the price, don't hold voltage well after awhile but balance
Canomod Canopy - great color scheme, some trimming to fit but very nice

This is my best setup so far, a great flying machine. Smooth, quiet, very stable for a 450, flies like a much bigger bird, similar to my Raptor but sharper and quicker if desired.
Now

TT FBL head - now with the sport plastic guides. The links chewed through the original metal
Robird G31 fbl unit
Castle Ice 50 lite
Scorpion -10 3000kv now on 4s
Sky and Gens Ace 1800mah 4s packs
Lynx 325mm main blades (fav so far still the Maverikk G5 flybar blades)
Revolution 59mm carbon tails. Ehh, not any better really but CY not avail at the time
Still same Hitec H-65hb cyclic and jr 3500g tail.

Had this now for what almost 5 years. Has been a great little heli

Stock motor, stock ESC, JR 285 MG's on cyclic, 3400G on the rudder, TT all metal FBL head, Robird FBL unit. KBDD Main and 61mm ProTail Blades!

This is a very early Mini-Titan and it just keeps going and going!
