Regarding your servos, have a look at these setup videos. They helped me a lot two years ago and might help you also. https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=268460

The slope I am talking about on the shaft, there is what appear to be somewhere like 2 to 3 millimeters of Slope on the main shaft, it moves up and down including the main gears!!!

What bird? Pics and or video always help to show exactly the problem you're dealing with so we can help you remedy it quickly. ADDED: Nvm. T-Rex 500. Loosen the collar and lift the heli by the head. Then positition the collar firmly on top of the upper main shaft bearing block and tighten/lock it into that position. That should eliminate the slop. Let us know.

So I gather you're missing a shim. Does the new main shaft have a fixed "collar" on it, where the collar is a permanent part of the shaft? If so, and if you have some vertical play, you would place a shim under that collar. Good luck. Let us know if you need any more help.

You are most likely in the Parameter menu rather than the Setup menu. You'll need to hold the button until the light goes solid.
