Stutter on motor start up

Hello all
Ready to fly without training wheels now but...... Every time I start to spool up the motor stutters and shakes the heli. Not an issue when training gear installed but I'm worried that once training gear is removed the heli will tip at start up.
Is there a way to get a smooter start?

Motor shouldn't stutter. Are you sure it's the motor and not the main blades? Before startup make sure blades are fully extended and in a straight line. There will be transitional vibes until everything gets up to speed but these shouldn't tip the heli over. Use a gentle slow throttle up and see how the heli reacts. Little more throttle and see if it wants to tip. Increase throttle until heli is light on skids and then give it some quick throttle so it jumps into the air. Slow lift off means more time in ground effects and more chance of a tip.
