Default AR7200BX set up

Hey,
Putting together my first flybarless heli and I'm using a AR7200BX. Does it mater which aile servo is pluged into port aile or aux 1? They are operating opposite of what they should be for aile, but are working in the right direction for elev. Should I just switch them on the rx or change them in the programing.
Thanks

Should be a step in the initial setup for cyclic servo directions. When u move the collective stick, they should all move the same way. Once you find one where they all move in the same direction(doesnt matter if they move the up or down, you just reverse the pitch channel) then u play with the cyclic and start reversing the appropriate channels so that they move properly

Standard is right servo is aileron and left servo is pitch, aux 1. Then go to setup i to get correct servo direction. If setup i does not give you correct servo travel direction, reverse the servo in your tx...

There is a diagram in the manual showing you which search servo to which port.

Well I don't see one in the AR7200bx user guide. I bought this used. Maybe I'm missing some paper work?
It's working now so I'm just going to leave them were they were.
