I've been reading lots of posts like ''don't get me wrong, I love this heli, but ...''. Why do you folks feel apologetic for pointing out problems with a product that you paid money for? Especially as long as what you say makes sense and you have a constructive attitude?
I've also been reading the responses to those posts that sound ''I don't know why you're saying this, my heli is just perfect ...''.
Sometimes the problems are caused by improper build, but some other times it's just the poor quality control. My point is let's just have some patience and try to figure out which one is it and help each other out. And when it's a design or manufacturing error, then we should let Outrage know and not feel apologetic for doing so.
From my personal experience with the G5, I can say that Outrage really needs better quality control not only good customer care. Outrage is a young company and the feedback from the customers helps them make better products, so we shouldn't feel bad for pointing out problems.
Now, I really love my G5, don't get me wrong...
