Default 12s stick pack vs 2 x 6s packs for 600/700 helis

For 600/700 heli applications, what are the pros and cons of buying single 12s stick packs, vs getting 2 x 6s packs?

I am leaning towards using 2 x 6s packs, due to:
1) Flexibility to use for other helis (as 6s alone) - ie: 6s on 500 heli, and 2 x 6s on 600/700
2) Ease of charging on up to 10s chargers (eg: 4010 Duo) - not sure if there are many 12s chargers
3) Ease of handling / safety

any thoughts?

A 12s stick pack is just 2 6s packs shrunk together. Here is a 12s pack (Pulse Ultra) from Helidirect and the setup I use to connect them to my Goblin.

I've never heard of a 'true' 12s pack nor know of a charger that could charge them.
