Default Different kind of wag?

Trex 250 fitted with 750 gyro, and 3500g on the tail, upgraded tail hub but still running 2x2mm bearing in each grip, tail blades cut to 37mm.
Decided to push the little blighter yesterday with backwards inverted hurricains tail gain was adjusted several times. Either the tail would let go gain to low, or wag like crazy, gain to high. When I found the sweet spot I was able to throw it around with some force but even when all feels fine on the backwards hurricane I would pass from right to left (clockwise direction) would lock in nice but at about the 3 oclock position of the hurricane the tail would sudenly get a big nasty wag 30 deg each side, the only way to bring it back under control was to click into normal mode to drop the head speed for a second before clicking back into idle 2 for another atempt. Much to the amusement of the other club members who were just waiting for me to lose control and plant it. It did the same thing every time.
Anyone seen anything like this before?

Is you tail belt tension ok? I found after a wag frenzy the boom slipped, doesnt take much. I put a little CA in after resetting the boom/belt tension and it seems fine now.
