Default Walkera CP loses signal no bind etc...

Hello, fellow Rc heli enthusiasts... Here's the deal. I have been flying the Walkera Mini CP 6 Channel Flybarless 6 Axis Gyro bird. Love it... however, a while back I was flying in a large open field next to a gold course. The wind took over and took it so that it lost signal and came crashing to the ground. Upon examination of the heli I found a stripped servo. I have since replaced the servo, leveled the swash, etc. I took it out to test in my front yard. Initially, after it bound with the tx, it took a few seconds to spool. After it did, however, it hovered and I took it through it's paces. But not 90 seconds into the flight it lost signal. Now it is just intermittent... sometimes it binds and spools, but then loses signal. Other times it will not bind at all. The lipos are fully saturated, and I have 4 out five bars on my tx. Am I going to have to buy a new Rx...? If so, I think I will spend the 20.00 extra and get a new heli. Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong? I appreciate your help... I was so looking forward to flying this bird in the nice weather we have coming up... take care, Mike

Theses are symptom from bad battery connection to the board, plug and deplug battery make them loose after It bind on the table but in the air you loose signal when shaking..also You can experiment some hard take off due to lack of power, and switch battery doesnt change anything itsannoying Very easy to detect, shake the battery lead and if the light start blinking you have loose the connection/bind Those tiny silicone wire you cant see but inside they may have disconnect or soo, it took 5min to repair with 60W iron.
On new walkera micro CP them put glue at the bottom to help but on average each 50 packs I have to re-solder it.

OR you may have a Devo 7E, I loose signal 2 times with this low-range transmitter

I hope this help you with my bad english
