Default Cool Kosmik?

So I roamed around the Banshee sub to see if anyone had used a Cool Kosmik and didn't find anything. My only concern is if it fits ok below the canopy. It should but would be re assured if someone had some experience already.

I am rebuilding and will use a YGE 320 for a while and then the final ESC should be a Kosmik / Cool Kosmik if I remain on 14S or a Jive Pro 120, undecided. YGE will migrate to the TDS. Maybe I try 16S before that and like it...

I also looked around and didn't find anyone on the Kool. It does look like a really tight fit! I might suggest going K200 with a fan instead. It is said that similar temps can be achieved if you use the fan that has the metal contact (it's really thin, 7mm) and have a good contact conductor like that used for attaching heatsinks, ie thermal paste. I think the brand is Arctic Cooling. I suggest not using the glue version of the paste as once applied, that's it! Cheers.

As you know, I don't have many B any more so can't try it but judging how tight the Kosmik was under the band I don't think it will fit! I had to grind fins off to fit my Cool into my Speed D, not a very happy experience !

Yes, that's what I figured. I used the 200 with the K thin fan and it was ok. Since that Kosmik is totaled I am debating weather using a Jive Pro 120 when it comes out or a new Kosmik, if I had to buy one a Cool K would have been nice. My new speed machine is going to be the TDS so no need for a Kosmik really. I think I'll go with J Pro later.

Thanks!!!
