Default Trex 600 efl governor gear ratio
First time Setting up a governor. All stock efl 510 kv motor. While setting up governor what number do you put in gear ratio Does 43 sound correct

Gear ratio = Main Gear number of teeth / Pinion number of teeth.. Example main=170, pinion=15 ratio=170/15=11. Hope this helps.

My main gear is 112 and pinion is 13. I have a 10 pole motor.

So your gear ratio is 112/13=8.6, number of poles does not come in to it.
